  • Provide AdHoc and schedule desktop audio video conferencing with vendors and RIL Users.
  • Share many types of content and work on documents during meetings, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF etc.
  • Share desktop control with multiple users to collaborate work with recording facility on local client system.
  • Share Applications like webpage, white board text page etc.
Optional Business Service Description Optional Feature Such as:
  • Talk with each other during the meeting (using webcams) when provisioned.
  • Powerpoint with build in audio and video content can be uploaded.
